Biblical Bali
The rain I mean. It’s been lashing here for the last two hours. Thunder and lightening – the works. Other than that it’s lovely. Had a 4 hour massage and facial today – they even wash and dry your hair afterwards! Of course am a sweaty heap again but had nice dinner and off to bed soon. Off to Ubud tomorrow which is the cultural capital of Bali so will be more real.
4 hours!!! Make us jealous why don’t you?!!

The beach hut looks cool and I was looking at Bali on trip advisor…wow!! It looks so relaxing and a four hour massage proves it! You may as well live it up, most of us wish we were in your position now! I walked into number 11 today and saw your postcard of the warship. I love it! Perfect picture for me, thanks a mill! My first post there too! Watch out for all the mean Aussies in Bali, I remember them from inter railing. They talk a good game but just want a bargain and to go ” overseas” for a few dollars a day. It wouldn’t be a cranky blog without a good generalisation ha ha. Take that Skippie, Sheila and Bruce! Hope you are well xx
The Australians can be very loud but I met a lovely Australian girl here who doesn’t fit the stereotype-we were out for dinner last night. I will be surrounded by them come Thursday so better not give out too much! Glad you like the card – I sent you some other stuff from the shrine so I hope it arrives!
