I’m off to London in the morning for a half marathon on Sunday. It’s my first flight in years, post Covid, post everything that’s happened. So I think I have everything I need: just need to get through the horrendous queue for security in Dublin airport. I will relax after that, I hope. London Landmarks Half Marathon 24 March 2019

It’s been almost two weeks now since the London Landmarks Half Marathon and I have been busy with an assignment so I haven’t had a chance to write up my report. Thank you 2018

I haven’t run in a few weeks; I pulled something in my shoulder and that laid me up but I have also been lazy, and too full of food and drink to run. But I am not beating myself up. Tomorrow is New Years’ Day and I will try and start the new year with a run. I am running a half marathon in London in March and I did up my training plan for that today. Top five reflections on a half-marathon

I haven't run a step since the half-marathon, between stiffness, travelling and general recovery.
