100 miles in a month – the halfway mark

I’ve been updating my progress on Facebook as part of this running challenge so my poor blog has been neglected. I’m running 5 days a week now so no one needs updates on that. I’ve done 55.75 miles out of 100, and at just over half way through the month I’m on target, about 1 mile behind my plan. February 2020 – #100miles1month

1st February - new month, new challenge. Run 100 miles over the month. It means running 5 days a week so it’s a definite step-up for me. But I’m happy to be able to do it and it keeps me occupied.
