Off to a good start

I said last night I would go for a run today and am happy to report that I did. As usual I wished I had ran more over the holidays but that is typical me. Anyway I made my choices. Two easy miles on New Year’s Day beats sitting on the couch.

Even better, Peter hung up the medal holder that my family got me when I did the marathon – it looks great and tidies up all my medals. So I think the new year is off to a good start.
