Stressed out

A quick two miles yesterday evening. I was away last week and did a lot of walking so my body is a bit stiff and sore but I ran around the block. I am feeling a bit stressed about an exam I have next month, that I need to study for, but it’s hard to study and run on the same evening. Plus marathon training starts this weekend! So I don’t know if I’m coming or going, between one thing and another.

    • I know. Am actually thinking about getting up early in the morning and going out before work.

  1. How long is your study? Is next month the end after the final?

    • Exam 19 July and that’s it. Just a lot to do at the same time!!

    I personally like the morning runs — I don’t think I have the stamina in the afternoons (when it’s hot out). You got this!

    • It’s more time pressure at the moment – I think I am stressing unnecessarily though. Plenty of time over the summer to run!

        True, it’s simply prioritising… and hoping hindsight doesn’t show you you did it wrong! 🙂 I’m sure you’re more prepared (probably for both) than you think you are.
