The remains of the day

Today was a recovery from work run. I work in an office so it’s not as if I was doing manual labour, but quarter-end is always busy so it’s been a straight week of work and have to go back and do it tomorrow again. So I finished around 5 and was home before 6 so I said I would go while the going was good. It was dry, still bright with a lovely sky. I wanted to try and run towards the west, to catch as much light as possible.

It was really windy however, so I had a lot of wind in my face but it was very nice. I didn’t really think about time and just ran. As usual I was so glad I got out and did it. I was supposed to do 11 miles today but 3 will have to do.
