A fine evening

It was a lovely evening in Dublin and I was determined to go out, so I didn’t dilly-dally like I normally do when I got home: was out the door within 15 minutes of getting in after work. A record! I did 3 miles and was home again for the 8 o’clock news on the radio. I even got down on the floor and did some proper hamstring and piriformis stretches. And a side plank. Am on fire! I really should have done more exercises but didn’t have time.

All in all feeling good and getting my fitness back on track. I also admired the beautiful trees and flowers in the neighbourhood; a fine evening in May brings out the best in everything.
