Pre-dentist easy run
Nice easy run tonight, to shake out the legs after Saturday. It was cold, 3 degrees C felt like -1, so I kept all my gear on. It’s the wind that makes it cold; otherwise it was nice, clear and dry. Legs felt a bit heavy but otherwise everything was ok.
I really wanted to get out tonight as I have to go to the dentist tomorrow and have two injections so I probably won’t be in the mood for running after that. We’ll see. Wish me luck.
